Delete Account & Data
bbtradr respects your privacy and puts you in control of your data. This page allows you to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
What Data Is Collected
bbtradr may collect the following data types for the purpose of account creation, trade tracking, and community participation:
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Display name or username
- Profile photo (optional)
- Trade-related actions and activity logs
All data is encrypted in transit.
What Happens When You Request Deletion
When you request account or data deletion:
- Your account and personal information (email, name, phone number) will be permanently deleted
- Your trade records will be anonymized or deleted in accordance with audit requirements
- Some metadata (e.g., system logs) may be retained for up to 90 days for security or legal compliance

Request Partial Data Deletion
If you would like to remove specific data (such as a profile picture or past trade history) without deleting your entire account, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line: “Request Partial Data Deletion”.
