At bbtradr, we are committed to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all users. While our platform is designed for adult traders, we take the risk of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) very seriously and adhere to Google’s Child Safety Standards.

1. Published Standards Against CSAE

bbtradr does not tolerate any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation, grooming, or trafficking.

We explicitly prohibit:

• Sharing or uploading any CSAM.
• Attempting to contact or groom minors for exploitative purposes.
• Sextortion or sexual coercion of any kind.
• Attempts to use our platform to traffic or exploit minors.

All users found to be violating these standards will be immediately banned, and appropriate authorities will be contacted.

2. Reporting & In-App Feedback Mechanism

We provide multiple channels for reporting abuse:

• In-app reporting: Users can report abusive profiles or content directly within the app.
• Email contact: Reports can also be sent to [email protected] with the subject “CSAE Concern.”

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and urgent matters are escalated to our moderation and legal team immediately.

3. Response to CSAM

Upon identification of any CSAM:

• The user’s access is immediately revoked.
• The content is preserved securely and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or appropriate law enforcement.
• bbtradr cooperates fully with authorities and legal obligations globally.

4. Compliance with Global Child Safety Laws

We comply with child protection laws in all jurisdictions where bbtradr operates. This includes:

• GDPR/K and COPPA principles.
• Mandatory reporting regulations.
• Data handling procedures that protect vulnerable individuals.
